To all our valued clients and customers past and present.

It is with deep regret and sadness that we have to announce that we will be temporarily closing our doors from Midday today (23rd March 2020) until further notice.

We are taking this measure before government annoucments this evening and in line with their current advice to keep safe and social distancing.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our clients and customers who have supported us over the last years and when we return we will be delighted to welcome you back trhough our doors with a warm smile and plenty to chat about.

We will see you again soon.

Thank you from all of the HHD team

We would like to update you all on what is going on in salon.

As well as our extra measures in place for clients and staff, we are now

  • Restricting movement in and out of the salon.

  • Only allowing clients in who have appointments, making appointments or purchasing products/services.

  • Asking anyone accompanying a client, other than a carer, wait elsewhere outside of the salon. This is to reduce the number of people gathering in one area.

  • Parents of anyone over the age of 16 will also be asked to wait elsewhere.

EVERYONE ENTERING AND LEAVING THE SALON MUST USE THE HAND SANITIZER PROVIDED. STAFF WILL BE ASKING YOU TO DO THIS UPON ARRIVING AT RECEPTION.

We have turned off the ability to cancel online. You will need to call the salon to do this.

If you are cancelling your appointment we will be asking if you are self isolating. If this is the case we will ask from what date you started self isolating so as we can make a note.

Here at HHD we are ensuring that we have a safe environment for our clients and staff. We are doing everything possible under government guidelines.

We have now put the following in place:

  • All clients and staff must use the hand sanitizer when entering and leaving the premises.

  • Paper towels and antibacterial soap is provided for washing hands.

  • All surfaces, including door handles, are cleaned with antibacterial spray every hour.

  • Tissues can be provided if clients need to cough or sneeze. Hand must be washed afterwards.

  • Staff are kept up to date daily.

Clients with a persistant cough/fever/sneezing, that has arisen over the last week, are asked to rearrange their appointments.

If in the event a nationwide lock down and self isolation is declared by the government our salon will close and as many clients as possible will be notified. We must stress that it may not be possible to all contact clients however, we will try.
